I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family. I especially like the reversible ottoman because it can be moved around to create different seating arrangements or used as a footrest or extra seat. I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. First of all— the color is beautiful! If you’re looking for an earthy green, look no further! I love that it’s truly modular and really versatile for your space. I’m hoping the ottoman comes back in stock to really complete the look for us. It’s fairly easy to put together—however, with the corner pieces I really recommend putting one side piece onto the bottom piece and then putting the other side piece on. It was impossible for us to put both side pieces on and then the bottom piece— it just didn’t align with all 4 slide pieces. Once we did it the other way they were easy to put together. Also, the instructions don’t say how to unhook the alligator connectors once you put them together so we had to Google that— you lift up on the side that has the post to dislodge it from the alligator piece. The couch is firm but still comfy (exactly what we were looking for). The couch is low but again, that’s what I was wanting. I’m 5’6” and I can sit with my feet touching the ground and my back on the couch— if you’re looking for a deeper seat then this might not work. Also, cat approved! Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway. So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily.
