I’m pleased with this purchase. It was a bit challenging to assemble on my own since I have short arms and the front and back of the unit are preinstalled. Also because the particle board in the back was a bit warped it was difficult to get the top to line up when assembling the final bolts. It’s definitely a two person job. But the solid word portion is good quality and I’m pleased the cherry color is a close match to my other furniture. If it’s delivered to your home when you are not there you’ll need a dolly to get it inside. It’s extremely heavy when all packaged together. Nice cabinet that feels a little smaller than expected. It includes white wooden knobs that I switched out with others to coordinate with another furniture piece. For reference, in my photo, the baskets are 16” D x 9” W x 6” H as positioned, to give an idea of what would fit on a shelf. When I see something described as solid wood I expect the whole thing to be solid wood. The backing is flimsy MDF as are the drawer bottoms. The drawers are extremely delicate I would not purchase this unit to store anything. Assembly took 4 hours (with screw gun) and I’ve built a lot of furniture. There was an improperly constructed hole preventing one of the fasteners working to hold the top on (ultimately not necessary for function, luckily). It took 43 minutes to assemble. Its lightweight but sturdy. It looks like solid wood and very good quality. I appreciate how they packaged the hardware needed. You will need a screwdriver. The only downside for me was the last step of screwing in part number 8 would be easier if you apply it before putting on the top shelf.
