Nice looking and sturdy gazebo. Took me about 7 hours with no help, but 2 ladders came in handy. Wood seems soft and marks or dents easy. Great pergola and easy assembly, but with a couple of issues We really like this pergola, and the whole family is thoroughly enjoying the shade it provides on our deck. It was quite easy to assemble (we only needed two people for the posts and main beams) and I was able to do the rest by myself. However, there are a couple of things worth pointing out. As shown in the photos, some of the holes on the beams were not pre-drilled, which made installation a bit more difficult. Additionally, the hook used to move the louvers arrived with rust spots and a poor finish, which is disappointing for a brand-new item. Due to a lack of time, I wasn't able to contact customer service to make a claim. Overall, it's a good product, but quality control could definitely be better.. Victor . Utah. Sat Jul 25 2026

Good customer service, but delivery took a while We ordered this pergola in July, and it was supposed to arrive in six packages. A couple appeared to get lost in transit and had to be resent, and we were still missing a few pieces once the boxes arrived. I believe we received the final package in September. Thankfully, everyone we dealt with was helpful and easy to work with, and they sent the missing items fairly quickly once we contacted them. My husband and I assembled it in roughly five hours. A third person would have made a few steps easier, but we managed just fine with the two of us. Overall, it meets our needs and provides some shelter for our outdoor seating area. The delivery process had some hiccups, but customer service handled them well, and the finished pergola does the job.. Ann. Louisville, KY. Sun Oct 11 2026
