These were delivered today, they came early. Unfortunately they are for my new house that I have not moved into yet. So, I will attempt to write a review based on opening the package and seeing the shelves. First, review of packaging…not so great. I feel it could have been better. Second, the color of the shelves is actually as expected and shown in the pictures. Very beautiful in fact. Can’t wait to hang these. The description references “live edge”, if they are it is very minimal. But hard to tell through the plastic wrap. We do not add to or take away from any of the natural distressing that has occurred from decades of use. Arrived quickly and have not installed yet. But will give 5 stars for the quick delivery. Update! Shelves are a very bold white and was afraid the white was going to stand out and be an eyesore. After decorating, it became a good contrast and blended in nicely. Wish they included cap covers to cover the screw holes in the shelf but adding the decor it covers it so it’s no problem. These shelves are beautiful wood and are pretty deep. I love the color as well. I wanted something to put plants on and they are solid holding a lot of weight. I had a bit of trouble putting them up because the studs in my wall weren't spaced right they were to far apart to hit two studs. I ended up using one stud and 4 drywall anchors.
