Wayfare is very frustrating to deal with. When there is a problem they have no way of communicating with a human to solve the problem. I ordered a simple 36 inch steel paper dispenser that arrives without all of the parts. I have been trying for more than 12 hrs to talk to someone to inform them of the missing pieces. They continue to use a robot no human and ask the same questions. I don’t plan on ever using Wayfare again. If the product is missing something or not what you expected they do not have a system that can solve your problem. Max. Vancouver, WA. Wed May 20 2026
