I’m happy with my purchase overall. The design is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture online, and the description was very accurate. I was specifically looking for something with a vintage feel, and this piece fits that style perfectly. It adds a lot of character to the space and looks great on the wall. The only downside is that the frame feels a bit cheaply made, and mine arrived with a small crack. I did contact Wayfair, and their customer service was great. They offered me a discount to keep it, which I appreciated. Aside from the frame issue, I truly love the artwork itself. If the frame quality were better, this would easily be a 5-star purchase. BUT WARNING-If you order this, the website says it is sold in a set of FOUR, and even shows $333.99 which is $83.50 per item. I initially only received ONE PAIR, and when I called customer service, they told me that I should have looked at the item description that says "2 panels" but clearly, the MAIN DESCRIPTION says sold in 2 sets which is FOUR PANELS at $83.50 per item. I waited to speak to a manager, and shortly after, Wayfair customer service agreed it was an error on their end, so they shipped me my 2nd pair in 2 days' time. I was so hesitant to buy this fabric print wall art based on the reviews, but I did decide to give it a chance and I’m glad I did! It’s beautiful. It only took me and my husband about 20 minutes to put it together. I did watch a video on YouTube on how to do the install and that was very helpful. You need to really pull the fabric firmly to stretch seamlessly over the frame and if you feel that it’s starting to show creases just take out where you see the crease and re-insert. I love the art. I think it’s beautiful. I don’t think it looks cheap. It can look cheap if you don’t put it together correctly so do keep in mind when you get to the edges where the two ends meet on the four corners make sure that you fold the fabric inward together and insert, and it will insert seamlessly..
