Product arrived with several chips and damages to different pieces. No instructions were included with the piece and customer support via telephone was incredibly unhelpful with processing getting a new guide. The “assembly guide” online is just a certificate stating what the product is made from, not a real guide. Wayfair should demand better of itself than to ship broken pieces with incomplete inventory. This unit is of poor quality. The seams at the base of each shelf are only weakly glued together and will split apart with very little force.
