Nice addition to my bathroom - because of it it’s small imprint- it is minimalist, simple and elegant - but unfortunately, first it is a slow draining tub - in fact very very slow - and secondly it is rather noisy when draining (horrible rattling) but after all the trouble of installing it I don’t see uninstalling it - I wish there is a solution to this problem… The plastic sides popped off because of the rattling while draining…. I've called and I'm waiting for some help. I ordered the Mesa 30" x 40" walk in soaker tub with shower enclosure with light and there is no light and it doesn't fit well on the bottom portion. The bottom portion says it has an inline heater but no electrician or plumber could find one and it came with no instructions and the wrong manual so we're pretty sure the wrong one got sent so I am not sure the right tub top and bottom arrived. I'm waiting for HELP as I have contractors standing by and I've spent alot of money. Pros: if I get the right thing I think it will be great, I've purchased it for my handicapped parents and we're all kind of on hold til this thing gets right. 100 perfect choice. With many bad discs in my back I often need release from pain. This is my go to solution. Excellent pressure from the JETS and the colors when the lights are on are absolutely amazing. They rotate colors and fill the room with the colorful accents. Candlelight makes the experience even more perfect. The armrests are perfectly poised for relaxation while you’re body pain pains are relieved. It was lightweight and the installers were able to get it set up fairly quickly. We believe it has added value to our home because it transformed that bathroom into a beautiful space. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it.
