We purchased this bench for the foot of a bed in our guest bedroom. Assembly took roughly 45min. Though we’ve only had it a short while, it seems to be quite sturdy. Putting it to the test, three adults sat on the bench at the same time! It held up just fine. Regarding the appearance, the upholstery color fits our scheme well and seems to be of lasting durability. I am pretty happy with this ottoman here. It’s a beautiful color and a nice size. I was not aware it would have a top that was removable so I’m not sure how or why that would just been attached since every time I have to use the storage area it gets displaced.
