We were moving, so although this bed came with white glove delivery, we were unable to have them set it up before as it needed to be moved to a new house. Because of that we had to build it ourselves. Unfortunately, a couple pieces of the hardware were not delivered with the bed, including 24 feet of the bed, but it was an easy enough fix to go get them from a hardware store. I was worried it was going to look cheap but looks very expensive and I love the calm feeling it brings to my bedroom. There were several other cream upholstered bed frames (very popular ones) that I considered before purchasing this one, but due to my high ceilings I needed a taller headboard and this definitely fits the bill.
