Lots of issues during shipment. Some help from customer service, but my assembly service was canceled so I had to hire someone to assemble. Item was protected by inside wrapping. Outside box did not hold up well to so many trips off and on trucks 3 times over the whole continent. Assembly instructions did not match this item and holes drilled did not match up correctly. You can't go wrong with this bed in the camel color. It is absolutely gorgeous and elegant looking. The bed is comfortable and the perfect height with mattress only. If you add a box spring which ones not needed, it will be too high. The price included assembly which was nice but I believe the delivery guys damaged one of the side panels on the headboard when they opened the box, probably with a box cutter. There is a nice slice in the material. I reported it and Wayfair provided prompt assistance. This bed is GORGEOUS in person. I wanted an upholstered bed, and i initially ordered anothe bed from anothe company, but was so disappointed after seeing it in person. Online photos make beds in the 200 range appear just like the beds in the 1000 range, but there is a huge difference when you see them in person. The fabric is textured and very high end. The bed fabric feels really luxurious. I also love the higher headboard which makes the bed feel like a 5-star hotel. Beautiful fabric, nice wood feet, and pretty solid construction. If youre considering between multiple upholstered beds, this one is worth the extra money. Trust me, because i returned a cheaper bed before buying this one!
