Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! I love this lounge chair. Directions for assembling it were clear, everything fit together as it should. Some reviewers complained about the silver nuts and bolts.
