These chairs look really good, and have this mcm feel, exactly what I was looking for. I will say that they were a big tricky to build, the bolts didn’t align well. The rustic dining chairs are lightweight but very sturdy and built with top-notch craftsmanship, the exquisite carved patterns on the rubber legs make the dining chairs more elegant. Plenty decorative rivet inset around cushion and back not only make it looks noble and elegant but also give the whole chair a feeling of exquisite luxury. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. I just received these chairs and they're very sturdy, comfortable, and chic. Easy to assemble (I did it by myself), took me less than 30 minutes.
