This sideboard fit perfectly in the spot we had allocated for it. Holds all of our extra paper towels, TP other things that we hadn’t found space for yet. The only issue was some slight scuffs inside one of the doors. Not noticeable except to us it was fully wrapped when we unpacked it, so not sure when it happened. This piece is sturdy and just as pictured. I appreciated that I was able to adjust the door hinges to make the doors line up perfectly with the drawers. The drawers open close smoothly. So the function is great, and I really like how it looks in my space! One star deducted because the laminate finish has a distinctive knot that is repeated in 3 places on the front of the unit (on 2 drawer fronts and a door). It's not really noticeable at a glance, but once you see it, it's obvious that this isn't a real wood surface. I'm sure the laminate placement is random and I just got unlucky though.. Amy. I really like the sideboard, it looks good and it feels generally pretty sturdy. It took me a while to put together by myself, a lot of different pieces and more than a couple of hours of work. There was no protective material between the box and product. We didn't notice it right away as you open it and build it upside down then instructions said to flip it upright. That's when we saw damage. By then such a pain to dismantle and repack to return. Getting a person to talk to was nearly impossible. Minimal discount offered to just keep it. I love how different this is for a farmhouse cabinet. It has a farmhouse look, with sliding barn doors, yet lights up in several different colors that can stay stationary or automatically change, at the speed you want, with the included remote. It works with either the remote or it can be paired with a phone to operate lights and music from the phone. Remote battery CR2032 (not included) is easily replaceable, for long lasting use. The charging station on top has 2 three prong outlets and 2 usb ports for convenience of plugging in phones etc. The shelves are adjustable and there isn't anything we don't love about this unit..
