I really like these chairs! They’re comfortable and provide great support, and overall I’m very happy with how they look and feel. I’m giving them four stars because the assembly instructions are not very clear. The first chair took us way too long to assemble because we followed the instructions exactly as they were shown. It wasn’t until we finished the first chair that I realized the instructions are actually in the wrong order. I started with the last step instead, and after that, assembling the other chairs was super easy and much faster. For a moment, we honestly regretted buying them because the first one was so frustrating to put together. But once we figured out the correct way to assemble them, it really wasn’t that bad. Beautiful table. Nice sleek style but be prepared for 1-2 replacements and needing to be present for delivery. I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area.
