UPDATE (12026) after 5 12 yrs. it just stopped working. Worse is there is zero help offered. The instructions that came with the frame for a different bed frame completely. I’ve been working on this for a month now, and my bed is still not working. I’ve been researching a new bed for over a year. I ordered this frame on May 1 and it arrived May 15! I spend a lot of time in my room and needed to replace my mattress anyway so an adjustable frame sounded perfect. Although the box was heavy unboxing and assembly couldn’t have been easier. We purchased the E3100 adjustable bed mattresses with the hope it would fit inside the bedroom set we chose. It fit perfectly. (Minus the mattress support slats). So far so good, I ordered a split king…2 XL twin beds. As a twin they are heavy and awkward (I imagine even more so for a queen or regular king) I recommend 2 people install. I am surprised but I like the massaging feature especially the legs only option. Remote Controls are a little confusing at first but great features available. Very sturdy and easy to install only one set of legs but thankfully they are the perfect height for my bed frame. My husband’s side does not elevate as far as mine that is why I am giving it four stars. I have messaged the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips and will update this if they respond.. Heidi. US.
