The 270 degree view of this fireplace is really visually appealing. Ambiance is great But, the sides are a little bulky looking on sides behind the glass panel. This is a lovely insert. It's hard-to-find smaller ones, size wise. Many fireplaces are quite large. It can be wall mounted or recessed, but we are building it a cabinet so it can be a tv stand for a small bedroom area. It has a convenient place for the remote. Very pleased!
