Runs daily microleak tests to ensure your home’s plumbing network runs efficiently while identifying leaks as small as a single drop per minute.

This is a great product. We have a valve installed at each of two homes. We actually had pretty good luck training the valves to correctly recognize fixtures, and that my father-in-law sometimes DOES take a shower at 2am. My concern is a recent downgrade of the App and Website feature set. It is no longer possible to manually correct fixture identification. The online instructions still direct you to links that are no longer available on the app or website. I think it is rather tacky to get us commited to a VERY expensive valve and installation and then take away features. We used the old app until after it was to expire as the features were still there. Sadly, now the original app is no longer functional. When I called support I was told that the app was still in development. Sounds a little fishy to me. Why would you release a complely new app that does half what the old app did? Months later features are still missing. Please consider giving this some attention ASAP? Thank you for an otherwise great product. Doubleflo. CA. Wed Aug 26 2026

The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026

This entertainment center is the centerpiece of our living room transformation. My wife and I both love it. Rating this based on Shipping, Assembly, and Functionalitylooks. Shipping was fast and had no issues with the packages. each box weighs around 109 lbs. so be prepared to carry some heavy boxes into your house. Assembly was daunting. the instructions were in the last box (i think it was labelled 4) so dont be discouraged if you open the first box and dont find it. There were a ton of pieces. Some pieces are not labelled so i had to use some deductive reasoning to figure out what parts went where. I like that they have plastic in some of the holes for fasteners to hold to. However there was many sections missing one or several of these plastic pieces. They do provide extras in the box for your to fill these in but i used all of them. Was very lucky i didnt have any others missing. Additionally there was one section where they tell you to put the screws in the wrong place. And a couple holes were too tight for the dowels so caused the wood to split. (See photos for reference.) Finally, the hardest parts to put together were the upper crown molding. They dont line up straight after getting all three sections on but that comes down to the alignment of the fasteners on the diagonal sections. I wouldnt glue any of these down when assembling because if you are a perfectionist you will want to pull them back apart afterwards. Unfortunately I glued mine and now its partially blocking one of the large window doors so I need to get creative to fix this. FunctionalityLooks Lights look amazing. Functionally this cleaned up our living room a ton and theres enough room for everything. I need to buy some longer hdmi cables and invest in some cable management but loving this overall. Now to replace all the furniture.... Luke. Michigan. Tue Oct 06 2026

The Moen Flo Detector is a WiFi-enabled moisture sensor that can be placed near sinks, appliances, and other water-risk areas in your home. When it detects water where it shouldn’t be, the Flo Detector sends an immediate alert through the Moen Flo App, and can automatically trigger the Flo Shutoff to turn off your water. Most leak detectors stop at the alert, but the Flo Detector goes further. The moment it finds moisture, it sounds an audible alarm, emits a blinking LED light, and sends a real-time notification through the Moen Flo App so you know about water and moisture, whether you are home or away, before it becomes a problem. Pair the Flo Detector with the Moen Flo Shutoff for complete whole-home coverage. When the two work together, the Flo Detector triggers the Shutoff to automatically close the moment moisture is found. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

Ecopower 1.28 GPF toilet flushometer valve is ideal for high-traffic spaces, providing an elegant water conservation solution. The exposed valve adds an additional level of sophistication to the commercial space. Engineered to require no electricity or routine battery replacement, the eco-power flushometer valve saves energy and water while providing maximum performance in even the most demanding commercial spaces. Powered by the force of running water, eco-power hydro-turbines create an electrical current that is stored in rechargeable cells to power the sensor of the valve. The eco power flush valve is highly efficient, replenishing power stores with no minimum daily usage. No external power source or battery replacement is necessary. Ensuring that water flows only when needed, the self-adjusting eco power sensor is now stronger with a wider detection range that eliminates ghost flushing that could wastewater, and now supports improved automatic flushing to prevent missed flushes. A manual override flush button is present when needed. The piston and solenoid mechanism, a marked improvement over traditional rubber diaphragm-type valves, maintains consistent flush volume under a range of supply pressures. The valve is ADA-compliant. This flushometer valve is for use with toilets that have 1-1/2 inch top spud inlets. Included: 1-inch angle stop and vacuum breaker set for top spud toilets.

This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. Lastly, be sure to tighten the water hose to the back of the toilet prior to installation by hand, as the cavity doesn’t provide enough room to use a tool for tightening. Enjoy!. Nadia. Townsend, DE. Holy cow!!! This HOROW T39 smart bidet toilet does so much more than I can even fathom! The technology that this toilet consists of is 100 different from a standard toilet and will surely take a lot of getting used to! I would have never thought I would own something so fabulous, but here I am having my very first smart bidet toilet! I love that this toilet has a censoring system that can keep itself clean and with the foaming action to kill the bacteria is what Im most excited about as I hate cleaning toilets! The sensing features and hands-free open and close lid with automatic lighting and heat seating are also amazing features. Im also excited about learning how to use this toilet to possibly save on cost of buying toilet paper as it also has a drying feature. It is going to take some work to have it professionally installed as theres obviously not an electrical outlet close to our toilet which means I am going to have to wait for the electricians (my husbands) schedule to clear up to hook this up for me. Yes it is expensive, but what it provides can save you money in the long run considering the constant purchasing of toilet paper over x amount of years. Also conserving water and having a cleanliness built into this toilet, it is surely worth the price. Its also a beautiful toilet LOL never thought I would say that either, but its very well made and I love that its one whole toilet with no little crevices to have to clean or to look at Gunk and hair etc being stuck all over. Super easy to wipe and maintain. I love it, thank you Wayfair!. Melissa. NV. Fri Aug 28 2026
