4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This stylish toilet is the perfect addition to our powder room. Guests love it! The blue night light is beautiful and all of the features are amazing. It was a nice upgrade from a bidet toilet seat. I don't love all of the stickers on the inside of the cover (the white one comes off easily, but the silver ones are there to stay).
