I love this solid wood pantry. The butter yellow is lovely and it seems very sturdy. We did pay the $113.00 extra to have it professionally assembled and that went fairly well. It came with two drawers but the handyman said he was unable to install the drawers. I really needed this for canned goods so I donated the unused drawers. I think the piece looks very nice and aesthetically pleasing. However, I do feel the price is too high for what you get. Once assembled, it does not feel very sturdy. The structure seems somewhat weak, especially considering the cost. One major issue is that the top section does not fully align or securely attach to the bottom section. It only has two small connectors holding both parts together, which makes it unstable. When you push it slightly, it leans backward, which is concerning. This is a very solid piece of furniture. Very well executed. The reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because the paint job wasn’t up to par. The doors need caulk and another coat of paint. I honestly think the cabinets are unfinished furniture and are painted per order. I’ve purchased many unfinished furniture pieces in the past and know what the quality should be. I’m definitely happy with my purchase but recommend the vendor take more time and care with finishing the cabinets.
