Nice piece. I purchased in the darker wood. The handles are plastic and cheap. I purchased new ones in metal more substantial for the cabinets. I did have one piece with the drawers damaged. Wayfair said they would replace the part. I'm still waiting on the piece. It wasn't that hard to assemble either. I did it on my own. Nice piece until my needs change.. Yoreila. Coral Gables, FL. Overall happy with our purchase! Assembly takes a lot longer than estimated in the instructions (given we were 2 people putting it together). Instructions regarding assembly can be confusing so pay attention to the images. We accidently missed installing non-essential piece (maybe non-essential to us because it does take a long time to assembly and we didn't want to disassemble). Note there is a small gap between the cabinet doors in our finished product.. Shamil. Hattiesburg, MS. Sat Oct 10 2026

A compact, clean-lined buffet that blends classic Shaker styling with everyday storage. Finished in a subtle woodgrain, this 31.5" sideboard features a roomy top drawer and a double-door cabinet with an shelf — perfect for linens, dinnerware, media accessories, or entryway clutter. Round knobs and paneled doors add a touch of contrast and timeless appeal.

We purchased three oak cabinets to make a buffet. All came in perfect shape due to excellent packaging. Instructions are easy to follow pictures, but we found that putting hinges on panels 2 and 3, right from the start made it easier to put doors on at the end, since it’s hard to screw on when everything is put together. The trick at the end is to make sure the hinges are in closed position then place door holes over hinge, as if the door was completely closed. Then slowly open the door and the hinge will be in correct position to screw the remaining screws on door backside. Also double check that panel 5 is in correct position with locking mechanism near panel 4, otherwise you will have the holes of the mechanism on the top side of the shelf when finished and will have to use oak stickers to cover up the silver hardware. Very easily made in a few hours each.. Laurie. Wyandotte, MI. Mon May 25 2026
