This bed is really, really gorgeous! So solid and obvious it is not assembly line. The caveats- some off the hardware was slightly off so needed to be ‘convinced’, some small areas not completely stained ( furniture pen there), and despite search filter - this is NOT a platform bed. You will need to add slats if you want to forgo the box spring. Although the slats provided are larger than most beds, we did add 4 to be safe-used oak so it is extremely solid. Looked EVERYWHERE for a twin with a decent height footboard and this fit the bill.., why they are all so short- beats me. This bed is high-clearance under is more like 13 12 in case you are looking for little ones- bit of a step to get out.. Laura. Willits, CA. Sun Nov 24 2024

This is a beautiful bed frame. I was worried it would look too rustic or too yellow, but it doesn’t. I wish the heads of the screws were hidden with a wood cap somehow. Our bed is a bit too low for us now, so we’ll be making something to go underneath to raise it up a bit. Otherwise it looks great in our bedroom!. Hannah. Zionsville, PA. Fri Oct 16 2026

Im very impressed. I was not expecting it to be this sturdy and secure feeling. Also it is high enough off the floor that you could do under the bed storage no problem. I am very happy with my purchase of these beds and it was a great price. They look even better in person.. I own a king size mattress (9 inch height) and two xl twin box springs (9 inch height). These are what I placed on this bed frame once I got it assembled. The specs say it has a capacity of 1000 pounds. If you are going for a setup like mine you may be alright if weight capacity is a concern for you. Assembly was pretty straightforward only 2 different screw types and washers...it comes with an allen wrench. I assembled it alone and it took me about 1 hour. Was impressed that the middle support slacks were made of some sort of metal. All of my past bed frames were made of wood slacks so it feel super safe. No squeaking when getting in and out of bed so far. Frame legs have floor grips on the bottom. CONS: 1. [This one is self inflicted lol] Kinda ridiculously high since I added my box spring and a mattress. Haven't run into any issue getting in and out of bed. It's actually kinda growing on me. 2. The frame isn't crafted to inset the mattress. As a result the mattress will lay on top of the frame. There are products like Adjustable Non Slip Matress Stoppers to hold mattresses in place if this bothers you but from my setup so far everything has stayed in place so far.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Fri Oct 16 2026

Took a little while for my husband and brother to assemble, but the results were amazing. This bed was purchased when we set up a green guest bedroom after our youngest daughter moved out post-college. Later, we gave the bed to our eldest daughter to refresh her teal bedroom in her little house ("casita") in southern Texas. She paired the bed with Boho Bouquet bedding -- also a gift from us, purchased on the Wayfair website.. Cheryl. Keller, TX. Mon Aug 03 2026
