Really pleased with the value and easy set up of this sauna. It came with the IR lamp as advertised (despite another review to contrary). Heats up fast enough and seems hot but I'm waiting to receive a thermometer to confirm temp and humidity. Might be nice if it were a bit larger to stretch legs (I'm 6ft) but then it would be slower to warm up and maintain heat.. Scott. GA. Sun Aug 30 2026

Love this! We got a new bed frame that made the bed a little too high for me to get into and out of comfortably. I wanted something long, low, and sturdy vs. just a small step stool. This piece is ideal! It's sturdy and well-made, and I like the finish. Recommend.. Annette. Mountain Lakes, NJ. Sat Apr 11 2026

This staircase is just what I needed to access the upper level of my attic. I’m giving it five stars because it is very sturdy and I feel safe going up and down the stairs. Every screw hole lined up perfectly. The directions are a little tricky to follow, but if you have any experience at all putting things together, you’ll be able to figure it out. I will say that it took several hours to put together with two people. It isn’t difficult, but the screws are long and so they take more time to install. But that just makes it more sturdy.. Diane. Blountville, TN. Sat Aug 22 2026

Very sturdy, great for bedside!. Deanna. Mon Jun 01 2026

The Ultra Spa Step provides a larger and more stable step for someone that has a taller spa or needs more stability and security than their current spa step provides.

It is sturdy, and wide, perefect for a barrel cold plunge. I needed 3 steps. It was assembled quickly by a handyman. Suggest to check the measurements because it is wider than I expected but still works great.. Kelley. Swansea, IL. Mon Jun 01 2026

This backrest is a special backrest for sauna rooms but also can be placed on the sofa to form a whole set of users. The backrest can better allow the body to maintain a more correct sitting posture. The human body needs to sit with a natural bend or straight back in normal life, both of which can strain the muscles and ligaments around the lumbar spine and cause tension in the soft tissues around the back easily after sitting for a long time. The subtle S-shaped design conveniently rests on the heating plate at a slight angle to provide additional back support. It can be easily repositioned within your sauna as needed to create a perfect relaxation station.

Works perfect. It’s a little smaller than I was expecting but actually works well.. Tamara. Sioux Falls, SD. Wed May 13 2026

Here is wifi function instructions: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0589/8600/4658/files/WIFI_1.pdf?v=1757062838 Here are some using tips you may need-- 1. If you can only set the 149℉ and can not set the temperature up to 194℉, please don't worry, just simply press and hold the temperature "➖ "button for about 40~60 seconds to hear two ticks to switch to high temperature mode. 2. All the wiring must be ensured to be connected to the plugs of the corresponding labels/colours; otherwise, the product will not work properly. 3. The door of the sauna can be opened from both the inside and outside. If you find the door of your sauna room opens inward, you can try to enter the sauna first then push the glass door outward to keep it open. We suggest opening the door outward so that the sealing strip on the door can fit closely when in use. 4. Since the sauna stone contains natural minerals, it may have a certain smell. We suggest using the sauna stones for the first and second time by opening the door and dry heat it. Wait until there is no smell before entering the sauna room to enjoy the sauna. Please note when using the sauna stove, do not always dry heat it, after putting in the sauna stone and wait for the sauna stove wire to heat up and turn red, water a small amount on the sauna stone. After the water evaporates, water again to achieve the effect of heating up. Need help after receiving the product? Make getting in and out of your hot tub or spa safer and more convenient with the AquaRest Safe-N-Store Hot Tub Step. This two-tier hot tub step doubles as a storage step: a built-in handrail gives you a stable grip on the way up or down, and two enclosed storage compartments — one under each tier — keep hot tub chemicals, filters, cleaning supplies, or pool towels close at hand and out of sight. Molded as a single piece from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), these hot tub steps with storage are UV-resistant and built for all-weather outdoor use, so they won't crack, fade, or need maintenance season after season. The lightly textured, slip-resistant surface stays sure-footed even when wet, and the compact, portable design means you can place it beside any hot tub, spa, or swim spa in minutes. If you're searching for hot tub steps with storage, a hot tub step with handrail, or a slip-resistant spa step for easier entry, the Safe-N-Store Step is purpose-built for exactly that. One Piece · Two-Tiered · Two Storage Compartments · 14.5"W x 44"D x 23.5"H · UV Resistant · Slip Resistant · Portable · Durable The surface of the steps is slightly texturized and is not slippery when wet; customers should still use their discretion and act responsibly to prevent accidents.
