Only 4 stars because we have never used the tub to actually take a bath. Chose this size and shape during the remodel of our master bath and it worked really well in the space, which previously had a corner garden tub. Plumber had an easy time getting it in and it’s genuinely heavy enough that it doesn’t wobble or move at all. Looks sleek and modern. We had contractors replacing our entire tubshower area, so we didn’t install it ourselves, but they commented that it was a nice tub and easy to install. For some reason, the drain and overflow accessories weren’t compatible with our plumbing system, so we had to swap those out, and I wish deer valley made it easier to find other options that are compatible not only with different plumbing but with different finishes. We've had this tub for about 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with it. I wanted a soaking tub that I could relax in and would fit my space. This fit the bill. THIS tub replaced one of those horrible, huge, tubs with all the jets that builders put in homes in the 1990s. I gutted my master bath and more than doubled the size of my shower, and had this beauty installed. I wish I had considered the placement of the freestanding water faucet while the plumber was in the deep hole he had to dig to move pipes around....I placed the tub with the little lip under the faucet so some water splatters on the wall.......that was MY mistake so just a suggestion for when you put your tub in. I am used to one of the type tubs that goes in a corner with wall on 3 sides..........long and low. THIS is short and deep. Perfect soaking tub. I am 5'1 so I actually can sit and extend my legs straight out but anyone taller will have their knees up. Even so, a little water comes up on your body giving you an amazing soak. Exactly what I wanted. We have not started our bathroom remodel yet, but I could not pass this tub up. The sale price was extremely competitive and after doing some research on the company I was sold. The company is in Tennessee and make each tub to order. They were a great resource on a subject I knew little about. I have never had an indoor jetted tub. They answered all of my questions and also recommended modifications that I added to my order. The tub was delivered in about 4 weeks. We unboxed it and conducted a leak test according to company standards. It is perfect! The general contractor that I hired thought it was well built and great looking for a small, jetted tub. I hope to have years of enjoyment from the foot jets and back jets.
