It definitely works but the door is delicate. You have to triple check it is fully sealed every time you close it because it doesn’t alert you if it’s not closed or the Temperature is climbing. You have to delicately close the door because any force will cause it to bounce back open. It does come with a lock but it’s at the bottom of the refrigerator and its a pain squat down every time to lock.. a family who regularly uses it will not be locking it every single time. BUY IT! I was so concerned about buying an appliance which would be delivered by who knows who. I didn't want to spend the $2,000+ the local stores were charging for similar items. So far so good. Some things right out of the box: 1. Make sure you have a hot outlet to plug it into. I replaced a dishwasher with this and needed to install a new outlet to run it. 2. I wish the shelf racks had a lip on the side. When you load it full of drinks, they can fall off the side of the shelf when you pull it out. 3. I really like the look of it. It was a perfect fit and match to my other appliances. 4. It’s got a low hum. Not noisy, but you can definitely hear it. 5. I wish the door had a little more suction when closing. I love this drink fridge! It keeps the drinks very cold and it shipped quickly. I will say the description says that this can be used indoors or outdoors. But the owners manual says do not use outdoors or in the garage. I have it in my butler’s pantry but in case you were intending on using it outside it definitely says something different in the owners manual. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf.
