So far so good. Some things right out of the box: 1. Make sure you have a hot outlet to plug it into. I replaced a dishwasher with this and needed to install a new outlet to run it. 2. I wish the shelf racks had a lip on the side. When you load it full of drinks, they can fall off the side of the shelf when you pull it out. 3. I really like the look of it. It was a perfect fit and match to my other appliances. 4. It’s got a low hum. Not noisy, but you can definitely hear it. 5. I wish the door had a little more suction when closing. I love this drink fridge! It keeps the drinks very cold and it shipped quickly. I will say the description says that this can be used indoors or outdoors. But the owners manual says do not use outdoors or in the garage. I have it in my butler’s pantry but in case you were intending on using it outside it definitely says something different in the owners manual.
