Came promptly and nicely packed. Assembly was ok except attaching the top which was a pain (removing 1 star just for that). This ottoman is good quality and was not hard to build. We did use our rubber mallet to get the pieces to fit correctly and had to make do with not being sent the right length screws, but that was not a big deal for us.
