I spent a lot of time looking for a bench that would hold up to the weather (composite) and would rock. This is a glider but I really do like it better than a rocker. It is quite smooth in its mechanism. My husband said it was quite easy to put together. It was an excellent price compared to others and is quite light to move. Kathie. ON. Wed May 06 2026

Create a cozy and inviting outdoor seating area with our glider chairs. Expertly constructed from durable fir wood, this glider chair is designed to provide exceptional comfort and smooth, gentle motion. Perfect for two, it's an ideal addition to gardens, patios, or any outdoor space where you want to enjoy relaxing moments with a loved one.

Overall this is a sturdy, well- built glider, but i had to remove a star because it wasn't sanded properly and it's covered in nicks and splinters - even on the arms, where you're likely to put your arms and hands. It's actually worse than it looks in the picture. We're going to have to sand the whole thing before we finish it, which is really frustrating. Also, keep in mind this is untreated fir wood, so you're going to have to treat it somehow, like staining it, or its not going to last long outside. To me, it's great for the price ($140ish), it's good solid wood. Just keep in mind you're going to have to do a little work on it.. Jacqueline. GA. Tue Oct 06 2026
