It took me four hours by myself to put together but the instructions were ok and all the hardware was there. Construction of the wood parts was good. It's very solid and I love having the trundle option under the bed. Just remember that you need a thinner mattress for the trundle pull out than for the top bed. It’s a nice sturdy bed as long as you assembly it in the right way. Make sure you don’t tighten screws to 100% until it’s fully assembled, so there is room to adjust.
