This small dining table is the perfect size for two and our compact kitchen dining area. It looks decent and doesn’t feel cheap, just appropriate for the price. Assembly only took 20 mins for 2 people, although we did have to put some effort into screwing in parts 4, as they were difficult to fit properly. We were also unable to install parts 7, it seemed like they didn’t quite reach the pre-drilled holes even with the bolts. In the end, we decided not to use them, and the table still feels stable and sturdy. The color is more neutral in natural daylight and slightly more yellow under warm indoor lighting. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Needed a small table with just two chairs as I have a narrow kit hen. I already have a dinning table but I want one for the kitchen. This little set works perfectly for us it had a narrow foot print is basically a half oval which allows it to have decent table to room and still be small. The style is contemporary with a light color. The set was easy to assemble and i had it done in about an hour. This is a very nice table. Yes, it is on the red side as others have mentioned. It is much more substantial than the last table I purchased from here. The base is very sturdy and it was super easy to put together. 8 bolts was all it took.
