My 10 year old has the top bunk and my 2 year old has the bottom.. while it is a beautiful bed, I will say that when my 10 year old at 110 pounds moves around you can definitely feel movement and wobbling from below, but there is a steel bar that runs underneath the top bunk that reassures me that it is secure. It took us a about 3 hours to build, just make sure that the headboard and footboard are in the right facing position bc we had to redo ours. I also will note that the headboard and footboard slats dont fit in snuggly and are wobbly. Pine wood is a softer wood and I am already aware of some dings and dents but am still happy that this is not an MDF product so should hope last still for some years. Overall, still a better price point than big box stores and the value is there for us and our family. Would recommend knowing that its not perfect but functional.. Kerisah. Matthews, NC. If I could get a review, less than zero stars, I would do so the manufacturer of this twin bed bumps. All main parts damaged so many photos and the manufacture company claims nothing of important material was damaged and they don’t even have any explanation of why or what condition could have had this been packaged to leave a facility in this condition chipped, and they feel that there is nothing wrong with the way the pets were delivered. They were never opened until the assembly person came to symbol them so anything in any gamer that happened to these beds were on their end and their customer service is the worst the very worst..
