My experience with Wayfair was wonderful. This mattress is exactly as described and pictured. The instructions said to let it sit for 48 hours so it can expand which we're doing at the moment. I think this mattress will be great! I just opened it yesterday so I think it is still working itself out (its a little lumpy looking) but i think once its had some time it will be great. It seemed comfortable, although I haven't slept on it yet so I can't say for certain. Laying on it to test it out I had no complaints though.
