Great mattress pad! It came very well packaged in a condensed airtight container. We just purchased a new home and it sat in the garage waiting for me to arrive for several weeks – when opened smelled just as fresh as it would would’ve if I had opened it on day one. I was surprised when I opened it and realized just how thick the mattress pad was - was a bit of also a mattress topper. While I wondered if it was too thick, I figured I would try it prior to making any decisions. It was such a great additional padding. There are elastic bands to place underneath the mattress on all four corners which help helps keep it in place I was very happy with this purchase!. Brissettebeach. Naples, FL. Mon Jul 20 2026

PureCare FRíO combines our specially designed OmniGuard® Advance fabric with rapid chill cooling fibers - a micarex-based responsive textile with unique cooling properties. FRíO's rapid chill cooling fibers disperse body heat throughout the surface of the protector at a rate five times faster than that of regular polyester, focusing solely on heat reduction along the sleep surface through a combination of nano-technology, nylon, and mica minerals. The unique tunneling effect of the mineral-based fiber keeps heat from accumulating in the material surrounding the body, providing a refreshingly cooler sleep surface. FRíO's rapid chill cooling fibers are a crushed mineral-infused textile, meaning the cooling effects of this material are literally built into the fabric and will not wash out, lasting the lifetime of the protector.PureCare's clinically proven 5-Sided mattress covers fit like a fitted sheet around your mattress. Terrific 100 percent cotton mattress protector! It fit like a glove and is padded with the softest cotton. It is difficult to find a mattress protector that is not made of some type of plastic. I understand people want the plastic to protect from spills. I did not want that. I simply wanted something more other than a thin sheet right against my new mattress. I was simply concerned about sweat going through the sheet and, over time, creating a mattress that may not be as "fresh." This mattress cover is the perfect solution! Well-sewn and crafted. And of course, Mayfair has super deals and this mattress protector was a super deal. You can't go wrong with this. My new mattress will always stay fresh now and for many years to come!. Stephanie.
