This is exactly what we were looking for. I was looking for a cabinet that was a bit taller and with some storage space. The doors have slats so you can see some of whats stored there. If that would bother you then this isnt for you. However i imagine you could use a remote without opening the doors. I was able to fit dvds, games ans a dvd player in there. Really pretty and quite easy to construct. Only thing that surprised me a bit was how dark this wood really was, as it is a lot darker than shown on the website, but honestly I like it.
