Our TV cabinet arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It comes in two boxes and it is very heavy, so you might need two people to carry it in. The instructions were good and all the pieces were there, which isn't always the case, so very happy with that. It is not an easy assembly, but there are moving parts and a lot of smaller pieces, so that's not a surprise. At one point we needed two people to stabilize a section while tightening some screws, but for the most part, it's a one person job taking maybe 3-4 hours if you're not experienced. The look is nice. We got the light oak color and it's a little lighter than I expected, but looks good. The most important part is that it works perfectly. We haven't installed the TV yet, but the remote works and it slides up and down effortlessly. The only slight minus is that the remote has no instructions or directions. I bought this for my craft room. I was a bit intimidated by all of the pieces when I opened the box! But it was just time consuming, not hard to put together at all. You have to take your time, and you do have to pay close attention to the directions because the screws are very similar and it will make a difference if you use the wrong ones! Definitely allow yourself a couple of hours to put it together especially if you are doing it by yourself like I did. The only thing that I was a little disappointed about was the fact that the drawers are cloth cubbies, not wood. Therefore, it only works for "light" storage. The shelves are particle wood. It looks like the picture, it took around 2 hours I think.. for me to build it, I love it, no problems, only thing I was confused about was the sliding doors have little pieces at the bottom that can pop off. they can easily be popped back on. The directions at some point were wrong but thankfully we caught the mistake, just before you need your slide 19s in you’ll noticed they flipped the numbers in the instructions.
