Two of these came, as ordered. They are the same except one is looking up and one down. Wonderful glazed color, beutiful design, well crafted. First - The wings attach with a metal clip which is "brazed" (welded) to the wing assembly. One one of th e 4 wings the cliop was detached from the wing so it could not be attached. The other bird was perfecrt, on inspection. Did not assmbled them. I honed the number on the attached "in case of trouble" sheet. Their phone answerd that the were no longer providing phone support. No alternative offered. Went online to Wayfair and arranged for a replacement (must send back both the good and the bad). Waiting hopefully. Really nice Herons at great price.. Ronald. Handmade out of metal and hand painted, each is individually and painstakingly handmade and the uniqueness, the one of a kind of these cute turquoise tone agave cactus is sure to bring warmth to any any home or garden. Sizes and color tones may vary a bit. Keep that in mind. The photo is a representation of what you will receive. If you place them outside, a liberal coating of clear sealer will insure it's longevity. Painstakingly handmade and hand painted, these are rustic and therefore may have some knicks, scratches, welds, etc. That is normal and inherent with these pieces.

This Metal Agave Plant does grow on you. I live in Arizona where most plants do not survive the harsh dry seasons. I purchased 2 of these for my front yard. The make-shift packaging was disappointing since the leaves were poking through the box. Some of the leaves were bent and some were scraped. I managed to unbend them. The color is not as shown. Their photo shows a matt patinated pastel turquoise but it's really a glossy bold turquoise color. On the bright side I did appreciate the fullness of the leaf arrangement. I've seen others and these are much better quality. I also liked the size. It does look nice in the yard and the best part is no watering. While the high firing temperature and quality of this glazed terracotta garden art result in a durable and frost-resistant product, they still recommend that it be stored in a frost-free covered area in winter. If left outside, water may accumulate in the container and freeze, causing the garden art to crack and break. Garden Art that must be left outside should be covered to prevent water, snowcovered and ice from accumulating.

I am a huge fan of iron art, and I love the phoenix. Not a normal yard art statue that you would find. Lots of egrets, herons, and peacocks. So when I saw this, I was absolutely thrilled. And when it arrived, even more so as the colors are absolutely brilliant. The pieces were very well packaged with bubblewrap and cardboard to avoid damage in transit. It was very easy to assemble and doesn't appear to easy come apart. They even included a "U" shaped stake to help keep it in place.
