When delivered, its surface has been oxidized for some time, explaining the colors it takes on. They will continue to change as time goes by like a watercolor painting of nature, recording the color of the wind, the smell of sunlight, and the temperature of moisture. These are great. I initially got them for succulents but have tried them out with an Umbrella plant, Snake Plant, and now a Queen palm. I’m still trying to see what I like most about them but they would do good with any shallow plant or even as a drip container that’s nicer than most.
