I purchased the Valero Turkey Statue to use in my Thanksgiving mailbox display. The turkey body is fully assembled but the tail feather section is separate. On an even, hard surface it would probably be fine but I set mine up on a strawbale and needed to make sure the feathers wouldn't fall off due to rain, wind or curious deer. We rigged the tail feather section to make it stay put. It's very well made and is so cute.
