This chair is a great value. I love the real wood base and the fabric is really nice too (I have the beige linen) The cushions were vacuum packed upon arrival and therefore a bit wrinkled, but I hit them with my hand steamer and that problem was quickly and easily resolved. It was easy to assemble, I did it myself in about 15 minutes. The only negative for me is the screw hole covers. They are plastic which feels cheap for such an otherwise quality piece. I wish they were wood that matched better. Thats why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Lovely chair! It arrived less than 24 hours from when I ordered it, which was a nice surprise. It came very well packaged with all of the arms and legs wrapped. I did not notice in the online picture that the top of the arms are wrapped in jute. Again, a nice surprise, I don’t mind it.
