It took a full 48 hours for all parts of it to be fully fluffed, and its a little on the stiff side, but Id still use it (this is going to be the kids couch). I dont think Id use it for the adults couch because I feel like Im going to slide off the front of it. This is a great futon style mattress. The frame is not included and I did not buy a frame for it but it comes with the slots so a frame can easily slide through the cover.
