I am very very pleased with the comfort and product . We had one minor issue when you have to attach both pieces together. It was very difficult and a part of the metal was very bent making it impossible to join together. My husband had to fix it to make it join. Other than that we both love it !!. Sjk. NY. We love it. After we went back read instructions next day. Thought it was same as couch…. It was except the center backrest was hidden underneath Loveseat…. The heat massage feature are wonderful. Product is good but has a couple issues. The fabric is soft, the color is accurate and overall I like the loveseat. However, be aware that the reclining mechanism is spring loaded so can be difficult to close when sitting in the recline position and there is no positive locking of the reclining position. It stays in place by your weight being in the chair. Also, to relcline fully you need a lot of space behind the recliner. The center section doesn't move with the recliner so that's another drawback. I mean, not a big issue but does block conversation between the seats. Overall, I probably would have opted for a different model with power had I known these issues.. C. Armuchee, GA.
