But that is not a reflection on the product itself. The cushion is very comfortable, not super thick but with the webbing it works well. The fabric is comfortable yet sturdy for outdoors. This chair was perfect for an accent chair in my living room without being another 4 footed chair on the ground. It was easy enough to hang.. just make sure that you have a stud finder & available beams in your ceiling.
