Inventory was correct and all boxes arrived together. Pieces were clearing marked. Some info in the instructions could have been a little clearer. By the time I leveled the base, I had to go buy a 16-foot ladder since the 8-foot ladder that was recommended was not going to get me to the roof top.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 26 2026

UPDATE: August 24th 2026: The tarp was damaged due to heavy rain and I tried for two weeks to work with this company, the manufacturer, and the insurance with no appropriate resolution. This incident made me aware of how scamish and fraudulent these insurance companies are. The representatives were rude and in the end just refunded me for the policy - horrible service! Wayfair kept rerouting me to the insurance without seeming to understand what I was trying to explain. I will now seriously reconsider purchasing anything here in the future - BE AWARE AND CAUTIOUS WHEN PURCHASING ITEMS Good quality and has been withstanding extreme cold and wind so far. It was also very easy to assemble by myself. Nikoli. Toronto, ON. Thu Sep 03 2026

It was pretty easy to assemble by myself. I had to have help lifting the roof to put on the lower part of the legs. It seems pretty sturdy, and was easy enough to install on the slightly uneven ground. I like the cords that batten it down, so that the wind wont blow it over. I need to remember to knock the snow off of it. The last canopy I had like this, a different brand, collapsed under the weight of a snowstorm because I forgot to knock the snow off!. Diane. Stow, MA. Love it, easy to put together need two people to stand up the sections, instructions need to be alittle more detailed but all in all good strong metal frame and good strong metal roof panels, the hardest part is that you got to make sure you are square and level before you start the roof panels.
