We ordered two of these for our western windows. The kitchen could get up to 104°, however, after installing these, we don’t have a problem with that anymore. They’re relatively easy to assemble, but we’ve had experience putting things together. Someone who’s never put something like this together, the instructions are only pictures. The quality of the awning seems very good and it is attractive. I would agree with all of the reviews I read about how hard it was to assemble.
