I absolutely love these knives! They are very sharp, literally and figuratively. I also like both the number of knives and the kinds of knives. I think I have a knife that meets all of my needs in the kitchen. Unlike many other knife sets, this one is dishwasher safe but I’m hand washing them just to be extra careful.
