Pretty nice. Not as heavy as I imagined. No installation instructions are included but they are on the website. Just an extra step you shouldn’t have to take. Also, if an Allen wrench was included I might have figured out how the head and base secure to the pole. I was in the hunt for screws. Another step you shouldn’t have to take. I just had the mailbox installed. It is VERY SOLID and heavy. Adds a lot of oopmh and curb appeal. Minus one star because some of the welding wasn't very clean and for the price I paid the seams should be perfect. Also, the screws that screw the mailbox to the base are very long.
