What should have been a straightforward build turned into a four-hour project. While Im happy with the grills performance now that its assembled, be prepared for a challenging setup process. Over 4 months with 8 cooks on it. Live in the southern states. Assembly was easy and manageable for one person. 20 degree difference left to right. The PID controller is excellent, maintaining 5 degree swings from set temperature. Probes are accurate from where they are placed. Wheel locks work well. LOVE the pull out shelves. The only negative is the WIFI and app. WiFi signal drops intermittently and the app will lock up on popular cookout holidays/days. This can be a real bummer if you are trying to rely on it..
