Delivery was fine. The product not what we expected. Intensive assembly was needed. Instructions unclear. Instructions mentioned part numbers but the parts were not numbered. Instructions on a piece of paper with small pictures hard to match with product. We went to a nearby office supply store and bought an assembled filing cabinet with only the legs to be added. They said no one wants unassembled products like this. I can understand why assembly costs more than the actual product on Wayfair. We will not be using the Wayfair cabinet and will probably toss it. I’ve had this small white three-drawer file cabinet for about two years now, and I’m really happy with how well it has held up. It’s still in great condition and looks just as nice as it did when I first got it. I’ve used it to store a variety of things, and it has been very useful for keeping everything neat and easy to find. The white color is simple and clean, so it fits nicely with my other furniture and doesn’t look bulky or out of place. The only issue I’ve experienced is that the drawers can be a little difficult to open when they’re filled pretty full. It’s not a major problem, and I’ve found that they work better when they aren’t overloaded. Other than that, I really haven’t had any complaints. This was an absolute nightmare to put together. None of the pieces were labeled and the instructions weren't very helpful. I searched for better instructions or a video and found nothing, so there was a lot of trial and error involved. All of the metal pieces were stacked on top of one another in a rather flat box so most of the main pieces were visibly scratched. Despite being lined up properly the lock doesn't work, one of the drawers sits a little crooked and no matter how you try and push in the small organizing try, it doesn't actually snap in, so every time you open a drawer it moves. Great little office caddy! I gave it four stars because it doesn’t seem like the sturdiest piece, but it’s great for what I need it to do. It took me, someone whose husband puts everything together, about 30 minutes to assemble. It was very easy. The wheels lock, which is a good feature, and the small drawer is perfect for extra printer paper. Larger drawer is great for files or extra storage.
