This was exceedingly well packed. These bizarre spirals of twisted kraft paper did a surprising good job of padding and cushioning a loose bowl, while the tank came in a separate but equally well padded box. We love the skirted seamless look in the new toilet. I took off one star because the "tornado" flush is pretty slow. I was expecting a fast/whooshing style of water flow, but looks like the low-flow water saving features of this particular toilet means the water comes out at a lower speed? I travel through South America for 7.5 months in 2025, and pretty much every Airbnb that I stayed in, had a bidet. This was a new concept to me as I never experienced using a bidet in the US. This is a touchless, smart bidet and outside of sitting on it, there's nothing else that you need to do. Once you do your business (whether it's number1 or number 2), the smart bidet will take care of the rest. It will wash you.It will dry you & once you get off the toilet, it actually flushes and cleans itself & closes the lid.
