This is better for a new installation versus a replacement simply because the spacing has to be exact for the mounting between the shower handle and the rain head mount. The Saturn Shower System by PULSE ShowerSpas is a beautifully and uniquely designed shower combo that adds to the contemporary look of any shower. The 8-inch rain showerhead provides a soothing rainfall experience while the multi-function handshower allows you to reach every part of your body easily. The handshower rests conveniently on the handshower holder attached to the built-in slide bar and allows you to vertically adjust the height. 3-PULSE PowerSpray body jets give you an added bonus by allowing you to shut off the top two body jets to maximize the water pressure to the bottom jet for a soothing massage-like spray. The convenient diverter located at the bottom of the system allows you to easily choose your desired function. The Saturn Shower System is designed be installed as a retro-fit and can also be used in a complete remodel. Typical install is less than 1 hour—even for the do it yourselfer. This is a great addition to the shower. The rainfall effect makes it nice. The ability to cha ge it to hand held makes it easy to rinse hair or even wash the soap down the drain. Really like the design and functionality of this shower head and the wand is amazing. I have the wand in my shower currently, and this valve and head is for my guest bath that is about to start remodeling Faze. I think this is one of the coolest looking shower heads. Its very sturdy and will look great installed. My only gripe if I even need one but I worry that down the road, if I want to change out the shower head or if theres am issue, its not a universal swap due to the connection. Im no plumber, so maybe its not really an issue, but it doesnt affect anything because thats years away. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to remodel or at least do some updates.. Douglas.
