These lamps exceeded our expectations! They arrived well packaged, and even though I had already cut the box open before taking pictures, everything inside was protected and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly couldn’t have been easier, it took less than 5 minutes to have both lamps completely set up. The shades fit nicely, and the instructions (though hardly needed) were clear and straightforward. The quality is impressive for the price. The bases have a substantial feel, the finish looks even better in person, and the linen shades give off a warm, inviting light. They look much more expensive than they actually are and fit our space perfectly. Overall, this was another great Wayfair purchase. I like the size of the lamp. It has a smaller footprint and doesn’t take up a lot of room on the end table. I especially like the on/off touch switch at the base of the lamp. The USB port at the base of the lamp is a convenient feature as well. What I don’t like about it, and the reason I gave it a 4, is the lampshade. The shade seems to mute the light coming from the bulb. The light has a yellowish dull glow not very conducive for reading. The switch is a rotary type. The shades were easy to assemble, but the metal rings are not covered like they would be in a pre-assembled shade.
